Every business starts with a dream. 
For Pete Sebock that dream began when he first entered the world of retail and personnel management. Over the years he grew to love the challenge of helping others reach their potential and exceed their goals. As a district manager for a large corporation he managed personnel and operations across multiple states.
After his retail journey ended, Pete turned his sights on the real estate world. A place he had come to know and love. Starting out at the beginning and learning under established agents, Pete gained the experience he needed to drive his own success. With his perseverance and tenacity, Pete became a successful real estate agent in his own right after 10+ years.

This month my dear friends and colleagues, Pete & Julie Sebock, are celebrating their 5 year business anniversary since opening Clear Choice Enterprises. I am honored to have been a part of their journey since the beginning.
In line with looking back at how far they’ve come, I wanted to give you a little insight into where I fit into their story and how I became an agent. I was recently interviewed about my journey as an agent with Pete and Julie. I thought I would share with you here.

Five Years & Going Strong!
“Growth” is the word at Clear Choice Enterprises as it
celebrates its fifth anniversary.
After more than a decade working in the real estate industry,
Pete and Julie Sebock in 2011 went out on their own and
established Clear Choice Enterprises.
Clear Choice Enterprises has grown dramatically over the past
five years, adding motivated, professional agents and
increasing sales and listings.
Visible evidence of the company’s growth can be found at the
Clear Choice office at the corner of East Brady and Second
Streets in Butler. Contractors are busy expanding the Clear
Choice building and constructing a parking lot.

A Word from Holly
We are already two weeks into the new year. How did that happen? I have been embracing this new year and wondering where last year went. 2015 was the best year yet for me personally as well as Clear Choice as a whole. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank you for trusting me to aide in one of your biggest investments. I know that you have many choices when it comes to real estate agents.
